1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using Joy PDF PowerSuite (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.
2. License Grant
Joy Tech Enterprises grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software. Trial License: Permits use for 3 days for evaluation purposes. Pro License: Permits lifetime use on a single device per purchase, tied to your specific Hardware ID (HWID).
3. Payment and Refunds
The Pro version requires a one-time payment. Due to the digital nature of the Software and the provision of a free trial period to evaluate compatibility, all sales are final and non-refundable.
4. Hardware Locking (HWID)
To prevent unauthorized distribution, Pro licenses are cryptographically locked to the Hardware ID of the machine where the Software is first activated. Licenses cannot be moved between machines without express permission from Support, and sharing license keys is strictly prohibited.
5. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Bypass or attempt to bypass the cryptographic licensing system.
- Distribute, rent, or lease the Software to third parties.
- Use the Software for any illegal activities or to process restricted documents.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Joy Tech Enterprises does not guarantee that the Software will meet all your requirements or be error-free. You assume all responsibility for document processing results.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Joy Tech Enterprises be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke your license without refund if we detect a breach of these terms, specifically regarding the unauthorized distribution of license keys or attempts to crack the Software.
