1. Digital Goods & Final Sale

Joy PDF PowerSuite is a digital product delivered via software download and electronic license keys. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be "returned" once the license key has been issued and viewed.

Therefore, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed.

2. "Try Before You Buy" Requirement

To ensure the Software meets your needs and is compatible with your specific hardware and document types, we provide a 3-day unrestricted free trial.

We strongly encourage all users to utilize the trial period to evaluate the Software's performance. By proceeding with a Pro purchase, you acknowledge that you have tested the Software and are satisfied with its functionality.

3. Duplicate Purchases

In the event that you accidentally purchase multiple licenses for the same device, please contact our support team within 24 hours. We will review the transaction and, at our sole discretion, may issue a refund for the duplicate charge(s) provided the additional keys have not been activated.

4. Technical Support

If you are experiencing technical difficulties with the Software, our primary commitment is to provide support. Before considering a dispute, please reach out to our technical team. Most issues involving PDF formatting or conversion logic can be resolved with configuration adjustments.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We request that users contact us directly to resolve any concerns. Filing a fraudulent chargeback or dispute for a functional digital product that has been delivered is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in the immediate and permanent deactivation of your license key.
